Storytelling Evening

The first evening of Seto Folk invites kids to get comfortable in the cozy Threshing Barn to listen to a bed-time story. Only falling asleep should not be planned since you´re about to embark on a creative journey to the charming world of stories where not everything is the way it seems and every new turn brings upon new and unexpected happenings.

Stories will be told by the carrier, keeper and creator of Seto culture, Evar Riitsaar, who enjoys creation in his life as a painter and silversmith every day. It is probably through his work that he´s learned to paint beautiful images and silver patterns also with his words. How it all happens, is definitely worth to be seen, and even more to be heard and noticed!
