- The Ticket Centre is open on Friday from 14:00–00:00 and Saturday from 9:00-00:00.
- The Info Tent is open on Friday from 14:00–00:00 and Saturday from 9:00–00:00.
- The parking lot is open on Friday from 14:00–00:00 and Saturday from 9:00–00:00.
- Parking passes: 1 day – 2 €, 2 days – 4 €.
- The Camping grounds open on Friday at 14:00 and close on Sunday at 11:00. The camping ticket costs 5 € per tent and can be purchased from the Camping Ground anf Info Tent.
- You can also get to the camping ground with your camping bus. (Price 10€/festival). The camping bus must also have a parking ticket that can be purchased at the entrance to the parking lot.
- The Napping Area for babies and toddlers is located on the 2nd floor of the Värska Farm Museum´s Tsäimaja (Tea House) and is open on Saturday from 10:00–17:00.
- A First Aid Kit is located at the Info Tent.
- A Swedbank ATM can be found at the Setomaa parish municipal building in the center of Värska.
- An Olerex gas station can be found 1.5 km away from the festival grounds, direction Värska.
- Festival souvenirs are sold both at the Info Tent and Souvenir Tent (next to the Main Stage).
- Littering is strictly prohibited all throughout the festival territory. All garbage must be sorted and disposed of in the right bins.
- Two grocery stores are located in the center of Värska. “Lemmik” shop is open daily from 9:00-20:00, COOP shop is open daily from 9:00-20:00.
- When bringing a pet to the festival area, the owner is responsible for all-time supervision of the pet. Dogs must be kept on a leash and, if necessary, a muzzle must be used.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking area (piibunurk) which are located next to the Tea House (Tsäimaja).
