These beloved Estonian singers with Seto origins first came together in 2020 in Seto Kingdom Day at Kolossava, to perform the first two Seto patriotic songs. But as the Seto hymn predicts, once you find your kinsman, it is hard to part your ways and thus the contemporary Seto band is still together combining their native language with cosmopolitan sounds. They are not just bringing their roots onto the stage, but the magical and vigorous tree that stemmed from it.
In the spring 2021 Setomaa Municipality awarded H6im with Hilana Taarka’s indigenous culture award.
